How much does a commercial fitout cost in Adelaide?
It depends on the condition of the tenancy, the services required and the finish level. A basic office refresh sits at the low end; a full strip-out with new mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services sits considerably higher. We price on scope rather than a rate per square metre, because square-metre rates hide the variables that actually drive the cost. Send through the tenancy details and we'll give you a scoped, fixed price.
Do you work outside metro Adelaide?
Yes — metro Adelaide and regional South Australia. For regional projects, travel and accommodation are itemised separately in the quote rather than buried in the rates, so you can see exactly what the location is costing you.
How long does a commercial build take?
A straightforward office fitout typically runs a few weeks on site. A full design-build project runs months, and the approvals stage often takes longer than the construction itself. You get a programme with dated milestones before work starts, and we tell you early when something slips rather than at handover.
Do you handle council approvals and development applications?
Yes. We manage development applications, building rules consent and the associated consultant coordination as part of project management. Approvals are the most common cause of delay on Adelaide projects, so we start them as early as the scope allows.
Can you work outside our trading hours?
Yes. Retail and hospitality fitouts are routinely staged after hours or overnight so the business can keep trading. After-hours work carries a labour premium, which we show as a separate line in the quote so you can decide whether the trading days saved are worth it.
Do you provide fixed-price quotes?
Yes, once the scope is documented. We won't give a fixed price on an undocumented scope, because that price would only hold until the first variation. Where the scope genuinely can't be pinned down up front, we say so and quote the investigation stage separately.
